The Olentangy Greenway Trail:
This scenic trail weaves users throughout the Olentangy greenway corridor, connecting the communities of Worthington, Columbus and OSU together. It begins in Worthington Hills Park and ends at Confluence Park in Downtown Columbus.
The trail will be closed one fourth of a mile south of Antrim Park due to a lime sludge spill. The clean up is expected to be completed by December 3, weather permitting. (City of Columbus) The Ohio State portion of the Olentangy bike path will be closed between Herrick Drive and King Avenue on Thursday (11/8). Though the path will be reopened on Friday (11/9), bicyclists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution. The path is closed for tree and foliage removal to prepare the site for the substation upgrade. The area will be an extreme safety hazard because of heavy machinery and falling limbs. Also, the trail currently has an 0.6 mile street connection between Northmoor Park and Clinton-Como Park that involves residential streets and a crossing at the signal at North Broadway.
